The hotel has a charming local vibe.

Despite the appealing location, my stay was unpleasant. The noise from both the street and staff woke me several times throughout the night, making restful sleep impossible. Adding to my discontent, I was taken aback by the lack of an elevator, as I had to carry my luggage up 51 steps, which was quite challenging.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Lastarria, with great dining options nearby. It was a challenge with no elevator, especially carrying heavy bags to the top floor.

I almost considered giving a good review until I realized my safety box simply didn’t work. No one bothered to upgrade my room or offer anything for my inconvenience. Very unprofessional treatment, indeed. Shocked, really.

Cozy room, modern hotel, with great amenities like free wi-fi and friendly staff who helped with my luggage while ensuring I got into the right Uber, and the location made it easy to explore local attractions just 18 km from the nearest airport.

I loved the private courtyard off our Standard Double Room! 🌿 The room was clean, modern, and breakfast had plenty of choices. Just a bummer there was no elevator—toting luggage up those stairs was rough!

So, like, we totally loved our terrace room! The views were, like, everything, especially at sunset. Breakfast next door was great too, made-to-order and all. Seriously, though, it was a pretty noisy street at night, but the soundproof windows helped a lot. Missing a kettle for tea was a bummer tho!
